01 What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the forms on this site.

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
• Quote request — the above, plus project type, approximate budget, timeline and project location.
• Careers form — your name, email address, phone number, the role you are interested in, and your CV if you attach one.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect anything from people who simply browse the site without submitting a form.

02 Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only on pages that contain a form. It holds a short-lived session identifier used to verify that the form was submitted from this website and not by an automated request from elsewhere.

It contains no personal information, is not shared with anyone, and is removed when you close your browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this site does not show a cookie banner.

03 Your IP address

We do not store your IP address. To stop the forms being abused we store a one-way cryptographic hash of it, which lets us recognise repeated submissions from the same source without keeping the address itself.

04 How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or consider your job application. Nothing more.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us for a quote.

05 Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries and applications are stored on the server that hosts this website, in a location that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant and delete them when they are not. CVs from unsuccessful applications are deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

06 Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond as promptly as we can.

07 Links to other websites

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

08 Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
